Welcome to the Cedar Creek Park HOA, located in Covington, WA. This website is here to provide a centralized location for homeowners to get information about our community events, projects, activities, rules, etc. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact our property manager.
Our annual HOA meeting was scheduled on November 4th at 19:00 (7pm) and had a very poor attendance. Only 5 homeowners attended including the 4 current boardmembers.
The lack of attendance means a quorum wasn't met and we were unable to vote on next year's budget and elect any new boardmembers.
Sara (property manager) will be reaching out to homeowners over the next week to try to get some voting proxies so we can approve our annual budget. PLEASE RESPOND to her when you see her emails or physical mailing.
If we need to send out additional mailings to try to arrange additioanl annual meetings, there is a cost associated and ultimately can lead to higher annual dues. We really need homeowners to participate in the HOA.

Any significant home alterations to the exterior of your home or property require submission of a Home Alteration Form to the HOA for approval prior to work beginning. If not approved, a homeowner may be at risk of having to return the changes to the original state at their own expense. Forms are available here on the Documents page.
It appears the city has installed "No Parking" signs throughout the community. The City of Covington was contacted to ask about the new signs and we're told it is to allow fire and other emergency apparatus to pass easily through our streets by only allowing parked vehicles on one side. Please utilize the parking space in your garage and driveway. Each home is built with parking for 4 cars, which should be pleanty for most single family homes.
