We recently saved the HOA $600 by cleaning up the overgrown street strips on 203rd Pl.
We are saving the HOA over $8500 by repairing issues with the sprinklers throughout the community.
We are discussing purchasing new mulch for common areas. We can save a lot of money if we have some volunteers willing to help spread it out instead of hiring the landscapers to do so.
